HOW TO DEAL WITH HURT

      Firstly, clearly spell out the reason for your hurt.  Outline the surrounding circumstances.
1. The events
2. The place(s)
3. And people  involved

Does the other party(ies) realize that you're hurt?  Are you keeping it as a grudge bearing so much pain alone?

Try to hear out the other party(ies) story

Be ready to let go

Have a close friend who can encourage you, follow up the story.

Learn from your mistakes. Everyone makes one of  those.  Events like these bring about a new experience.

People have felt more hurt than you feel over matters of heavier weight.

Move forward.  It's not the end of the world. You have better days ahead of you.


Remember;  you must first deal with the hurt feelings before you move into forgiveness and move on.
